Musical Arts Association is a well-established client relationship that began with the 1999 addition and renovation project. Multiple renovations and improvements, along with ADA upgrades were recently completed at Severance Hall from 2016 through 2020. Severance Hall facade and envelope restoration, upgrades to historic elevators and other improvements are currently in progress with completion projected in spring of 2022. At Blossom Music Center, multiple storm water and sanitary system upgrades, ADA Access improvements, restored pavilion roof, upgraded LED lawn and house lighting, have been completed from 2016 through 2020.
